AMRITSAR SAHIB, Punjab (September 10, 2015)—In a press conference organized at Sri Amritsar Sahib, President of Sikh Youth Federation Bhindranwala Bhai Balwant Singh Gopala alleged that the newly appointed SGPC Chief Secretary was employed at the behest of the RSS leadership from Nagpur.
He termed the appointment as a conspiracy of the RSS and Akali Dal Badal for demoralizing Sikh tenets. He questioned why the Chief Secretary was being paid a hefty salary.
Criticizing the appointed Jathedar of Sri Akal Takht Sahib, Bhai Gopala termed him as puppet of Badal who failed to stop appointment of Harcharan Singh.
He also criticized Giani Gurbachan Singh for conferring the title of “Faqar-e-Quam” to Parkash Badal.
