GURDASPUR, Punjab (April 14, 2015)—In the case of attack on Shiv Sena leader Harminder Soni in Gurdaspur, Kashmir Singh, Inderpal Singh and Gurjit Singh were presented today before court of judicial magistrate Palvinder Singh here.
During their appearance, government lawyer demanded their 12-day police remand. After hearing arguments of both the parties, the Court permitted 2-day police remand.
Meanwhile, it has been learnt that the Police has arrested another person in connection with this case. The person is Anurag Lal who had allegedly helped Kashmir Singh in obtaining the gun he used for attacking the Shiv Sena leader. After arresting him, the police have brought him on transit demand.
