LUDHIANA, Punjab (February 1, 2015)—Hunger Strike of Bapu Surat Singh Khalsa concluded 17th day today. His physique has started depicting weakness. Problem of urinal infection has been reported. Despite Bhai Sahib’s worsening health, his struggle is converting into public movement day by day. Large numbers of politicians are visiting him to express support.
According to the available information to Sikh24, leaders of Shiromani Akali Dal (Panch Pardhani) Bhai Kulbir Singh Barapind, Bhai Harpal Singh Cheema and others, visited Bapu Surat Singh Khalsa to express support for him. It is worth mentioning that these two leaders remained a part of Sikh struggle during militancy period.

Students of Damdami Taksal Bhai Amrik Singh, Bhai Jaswinder Singh, Bhai Gurmeet Singh, Bhai Gurlal Singh and Bhai Sukhchain Singh also visited Bapu Surat Singh Khalsa to express their support.
